Everyone wants to be a HOTSHOT!

2250 S. Escondido Blvd. Escondido, CA.

Unfortunately due to local blackout's the restaraunt was closed, so I could not find out if they meet the Hotshot's Standards. Do they have to be Red Carded to make burgers?
