The crew has been demobbed off the Siskiyou Complex and sent to a new fire near Yreka City/Mt. Shasta area. The new fire is called the Slinkard Fire. The report was 100acres (4 hours ago), Rapid ROS in heavy fuels and sounded well established. A type 2 Team has been ordered for this fire. More than likely it was a lightening start as that area got hit yesterday afternoon with lightening strikes.
