Red Flag warning conditions, extremely dry fuels, single digit RH and unseasonably warm temperatures are predicted through 2200 hours, November 16th. Red Flag warning may be extended into Monday due to low RH with diminished winds. Steep and inaccessible terrain. Fire still in close proximity to populated areas and major transportation corridors. Fire burned actively throughout the day with favorable conditions for burning operations.
